Why strip and seal floors?

Unrepairable damage can easily be done to an unsealed floor simply by daily walking on the vinyl. Small particles of dirt stick to the soles of shoes/feet, causing friction when walking on an unsealed surface.

Over time this will wear down the original finish on the floor, removing the colour and pattern on the vinyl. When you strip and seal a floor it does not prevent this wearing down of your floor but it will prevent the damage to the original finish.

At Strata, we will work with you to provide the best solution for your individual floor and have the experience to recommend the cycle of resealing required to maintain the standard of your floor over many years.

Well polished and maintained floors are one of the most eye catching areas in your premises and immediately give your visitors an excellent impression of standards and quality.

We will assess your requirements as part of our detailed scoping process and provide the best solution across a range of floor types, allowing you to work with our experts in order to find the best solution for you.

Strata Cleaning use the HTC pad system. This system gives us the flexibility to match the best solution to the current floor condition and the final standard required. We will use the most effective multi pad process to achieve outstanding results. Work is normally completed out of hours.

We will then recommend the correct daily maintenance and periodic cleaning regime to keep the high polish to the floor. This will not normally require specialist equipment.
